How much is shipping?
The MAM-A Store ships products by UPS & USPS as a default shipping methods. For orders over $35, shipping is free of charge to all points within the contiguous United States. For these orders that include free shipping, MAM-A determines the shipping method. Your order may ship via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day or UPS Ground Canada.
You may select a priority shipping option as well by noting it in the comment field in the checkout area. Priority shipping charges depend upon where you are located, what service you select, and the weight of the product you order. A spindle of 100 CD-R's weighs 5 lbs, while 100 jewel cased CD-Rs weighs 23 lbs.
How quickly will my order ship?
MAM-A-Store.com attempts to get blank media orders out the same day. Our cut off time for same day shipment is 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, We do our best to keep all of the blank media we offer in stock, but sometimes some items may actually need to be produced. This can add 1-7 days to your shipment.
What is the standard ship method and turn time?
MAM-A-Store.com ships its outbound packages for website orders via UPS and USPS. Our website now offers real time shipping quotes and lead times. Please note that orders over $35 shipped with "free shipping" may not meet the delivery dates posted on the check out page.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Time of delivery depends upon the shipping method. USPS Priority Mail guarantee delivery in three business days, while UPS Ground estimates that all orders are delivered to the contiguous United States in a maximum of 4 or 5 business days. Based on our shipping point, here is an estimate of FedEx Ground and Home Delivery delivery times to specific areas:
Please note that these estimated delivery times are business days, not calendar days; weekends and holidays do not count. Also note that for deliveries to residential addresses, FedEx Home Delivery service delivers Tuesday-Saturday.
What method of payment do you accept? Can I pay COD?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Optima. Sorry, We do not accept COD orders.

What do I do when I get broken jewel cases?
Jewel cases are fragile, and are never really packaged perfectly due to their low unit cost. If you receive damaged jewel cases in a reasonable quantity with your shipment please contact MAM-A-Store.com. We will send you replacements.
Is my product insured when shipped? What if it gets lost?
All shipments leaving MAM-A-Store.com. are fully insured. If you do not receive your order please contact our customer service department at 888-572-3383. Please note the buyer is responsible for signatures on file with Fedex. If a package is left at your home where there is a signature on file with UPS the MAM-A-Store.com is not responsible for the item being lost.
What taxes do I pay being in the same state/province/country or not?
Pennsylvania residents pay 6% PA state sales tax and New Jersey residents pay 7% state sales tax.
